The 2007 IEEE Congress on Services (SERVICES 2007) launched "Services University" program (servicesuniversity.org) that is to cover the education aspect of the whole spectrum of science and technology on how to create and leverage computing and software technology to build, operate, and manage services business in an effective and efficient way.
