Services Computing has become the foundational discipline in the modern services industry.  The 2007 IEEE Congress on Services (SERVICES 2007) launched "Services University" program (servicesuniversity.org) that is to cover the education aspect of the whole spectrum of science and technology on how to create and leverage computing and software technology to build, operate, and manage services business in an effective and efficient way.  

"Services University" program

helps you teach Services Computing discipline in a systematic way. Regional leaders community will be formed to support this worldwide "Services University" program. It is sponsored by IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Services Computing , IBM Research and other sponsors.

utilizes the most recent research and technology advancement in services computing from ICWS, SCC, Services Congress and Cloud Computing by collaborating with leading researchers and practitioners to make our training materials in sync in these advancements.

provides training classes conforming to the upcoming IEEE Services Computing Curriculum which is sponsored by IEEE Computer Society’s Technical Committee on Services Computing (TC-SVC);

provides input to the TC-SVC on the development of Services Computing curriculum to adapt to the ever-changing and advancement of the services computing research and technologies

calls for Collaboration on Services Education accepting proposal year round from any professional and training institution who plans to offer services education
